Email Notification Configuration Plugin

Email Notification Configuration Plugin is developed on top of the email notification features provided by the Confluence.

Email Notification Configuration plugin is designed to facilitate the Space admin to restrict the Page, Blog post and Comments original content in the Email.

It allows the Space Admin to manage the Email content sent to the user who is watching a particular Space/Page. Whenever a page, blog or comment is added, edited or removed from a particular Space/Page, watcher will be notified with the content restriction message.

Email with the following message will be received with link to the respective page/blog/comment, if the content of the page, blog and the comment is restricted.The Email received by the user contains the following content:"The space admin has restricted the display of page/blog content, please click on the links below to view the same."User can view the updates on the page/blog after successful login into the Confluence.

Plugin features:

1. View the ITAR enabled entities.
2. Edit the Space entities to make them ITAR enable.
3. Restricts the Page content in email whenever a new page is added to the Space.
4. Restricts the Page content in email whenever a page is removed from the Space.
5. Restricts the Page content in email whenever a page is edited in the Space.
6. Restricts the Blog Post content in email whenever a new Blog is added to the Space.
7. Restricts the Blog Post content in email whenever a Blog is removed from the Space.
8. Restricts the Blog Post content in email whenever a Blog is edited in the Space.
9. Restricts the Comment content in email whenever a new comment is added to the Page/Blog post.
10. Restricts the Comment content in email whenever a comment is deleted from the Page/Blog post.      
11. Restricts the Comment content in email whenever a comment is edited in the Page/Blog post.
